Originals is operated by ASMS ECOMMERCE LTD. This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our store.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received it and, where applicable, in its original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at contact@originalsbrandsales.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Items that cannot be returned
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, altered, returned without original packaging, gift cards, downloadable products and items that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety or legal reasons. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item, size or colour is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Return shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
UK and consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
