Originals is operated by ASMS ECOMMERCE LTD. This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our store are processed, shipped and delivered.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Most orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days. Processing may take longer during promotional periods, periods of high demand, public holidays, supplier delays or where additional order checks are required.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect address details or other circumstances outside our control.
Fulfilment partners
Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, manufacturers or fulfilment partners. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and a broader product selection. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your delivery location, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or local charges. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed or lost, contact us at contact@originalsbrandsales.com with your order number so we can review the shipment status and help with the next steps.
